The property is cleaned by ourselves before and after lets, a spare set of linen can be supplied for stays longer than 1 week. (cleaning is not carried out during lets).
All rooms are centrally heated and all windows are double glazed.
We suggest that four is the maximum occupancy this includes children and babies.
Outside
To the front of the property there is a grassed lawn area
where during the summer we provide a garden table, chairs
and parasol for the use of our residents. Ideal for relaxing
and entertaining guests around.
Ashley Gardens outside areas are communal and not totally enclosed but Little Stints location offers a degree of privacy, should you want an alfresco meal or cool summer's evening drink listening to the sounds of the waves breaking in the distance.
What makes this apartment unique
We decided to let Little Stints to holiday makers so that others could enjoy the home from home feeling and special relaxing atmosphere that we enjoy when we stay ourselves, the outside lawn area with its table and chairs really is great to relax and unwind after a busy day out, you can sit and listen to the distant sounds from the beach or the hustle and bustle of neighbouring Hunstanton in the distance.
It has off road parking too which is an extra bonus, as well as all the accommodation being on the ground level. It is regularly decorated to keep the high standard, which we pride ourselves on.
We holiday ourselves at the apartment and strive to keep the standards set, we update and renew many items regularly.
