A little bit about the owners

My name is Neil and I live and work in Leicestershire.

Little Stints was purchased as a holiday home in Norfolk to give ourselves and our families a more permanent base to use having had many happy holidays in the area since childhood.

We enjoy this part of Norfolk with its wonderful vistas and expanses of beaches along with quiet villages and friendly people all make it a joy to participate in our hobbies of photography, walking and exploring this wonderful county.

We purchased this apartment in 2007, and its been a joy to own and has lead to many new friendships with returning clients and neighbours alike.

Why we chose Kings Lynn & West Norfolk

We were delighted when we found Little Stints. Situated centrally in Old Hunstanton, with its quiet secluded location nestled away in the art deco styled building of Ashley Gardens.

Little Stints is just a short walk from the beach and the village public houses with pubs and restaurants a plenty.

We have enjoyed this part of Norfolk for many years with its easy access and short travel time from Leicestershire. We are more and more attracted to the way of life with wonderful walks on the coastal path, the quaint villages, which make for interesting discovery with there mix of the traditional local cottages and many new architecturally stunning houses It becomes harder to return back to Leicestershire.
